USPS return to sender

Package I sent was undeliverable and supposedly en route back to me on May 6th.  Is it lost, or does it usually take this long?

The buyer forgot to put the Apt. # on the ship to for Paypal.  What's a fair way to deal with this issue if I never get it back?

ur gonna have to wait fam. paitence is a virtue. or u can call the post office and seee if they can add the apt number(where the package is located) at that designated postoffice

No it shouldn't but being the post office is closing certain processing plants( I am a mail carrier) alot of mail is getting delayed. At each office there are sections for mail to be returned to senders but only goes out every week because of cutbacks, I know it sucks but these are the idiots that are running this bish into the ground
