Most of us have had beef with a neighbor over some loud music or a parking spot, but one woman had beef with her neighbor's...beef (among other things) and she decided to sue partly over their decision to grill outside.

Cilla Carden, a vegan from Perth, Australia, told 9 News that she was frustrated over her neighbors' decision to grill meat outside in their yard and that it's made it impossible for to go outside.

"They've put it there so I smell fish, all I can smell is fish. I can't enjoy my backyard, I can't go out there," she said. She believes the grilling was "deliberate."

Carden said that she was also irritated by cigarette smoke and the sounds of children playing basketball. But her neighbors said (and showed 9 News) that they removed the grill and the basketball hoop. Still, Carden took her neighbors to court. Her requests were rejected by the State Administrative Tribunal of Western Australia, according to The Evening Standard. She appealed that decision and that appeal was denied as well.

"The Tribunal does not accept that the parents, by allowing their children to play in the backyard...use the patio for small scooters or toys, constitutes reasonably a nuisance," the initial rejection read: "What they are doing is living in their backyard and their home as a family."

But according to all reports, Carden is still planning on keeping up her legal fight, and as such, some people have planned a barbecue in her honor (?) to troll her with a peaceful protest. The Facebook event reads "Community BBQ for Cilla Carden" and it's on October 19, in Perth, in case you're interested. It sounds like there will be plenty of food trucks and, so far, more than 4,000 people have RSVPed.

They just a have a few requests: "BYO hotdog buns, P.S. NO VEGANS

I swear majority of vegans are some real *******s

They had some kind of protest at the Eaton Centre a couple weekends ago. Cops had **** locked off, I thought something serious happened. No, just a buncha losers with nothing better to do on a Saturday afternoon.

Then they apparently went to the CNE and caused a problem with the petting zoo and pissed off a bunch of parents.

A neighbor once tried to complain about me smoking weed in my backyard there’s hella space between homes...I was just like what?

Over dramatic too like 20 mins passed from the blunt and I went to get the mail and they were walking to their mail box at the same time with their shirt over their nose and mouth making the smelly sign with their hands lmao...kept on doing me tho

Thousands of people are roasting an Australian vegan who took her neighbors to court over the smell of meat and fish from their barbecue — by planning a massive cookout outside her home.

Cilla Carden made headlines this week for her legal beef, in which she claimed the odors from her neighbors’ barbecues had destroyed her quality of life, 9News reported.

Now more than 3,000 people are planning to attend a cookout outside her Perth home, organized on a Facebook page called “Community BBQ for Cilla Carden.”

You're pretty much heart disease-proof if you eat a plant based diet so we'll see who gets the last laugh.

The family is soft for agreeing to anything that woman demanded in the first place. Removing the grill and court? Yea aight

 @ her saying the deliberately grilled . Ugh, yea that isn't an involuntary act.

Glad she is getting cooked
