I'm gonna get a Verizon phone this week and I'm leaning towards the LG enV Touch, do any of you have any other suggestions? This is the phone...

Samsung Omnia is pretty cool. My friend got it when it came out and it was probably one of the better phones (excluding BB and Iphone) I haven't messedwith the EnV Touch yet but it looks just like the Voyager so I'll probably get that phone when i get my next upgrade.

I have heard that the touch has quite a few bugs at the moment but is considerably faster than the Dare. I have a dare and I love the phone and its features,personally though I hate the touch keyboard. I would rather have a physical keyboard but not at the cost of size! The voyager is huge and not something worthplaying around with when there are phones like the Dare and EnV Touch. The Touch is quite a bit bigger than the dare as well so if you dont mind that, go forit!

I am coppin a blackberry next time. I use my phone mostly for texting and internet and the current phone I have EnV2 sux.

Get the versa i love it and it doesnt need a data plan like a blackberry or a nationwide plan like some of the other phones like the omnia.

I'm still content with my LG Dare. I got it since it came out last summer BTW. I had 2 BB devices prior, but I didn't continue to pay the $45 dataplan anymore when I wasn't getting reimbursed. So I went back to a 'dumb phone' and roll with the $15 unlimited data plan for internet use. I've been able to view every site the same way as my 2 BB's did, except I can view stuff like YouTube which I wasn't able to do on the BB's.

I'm have thought about upgrading to the enV Touch. What I have read is that the Dare is a great phone. So I'm on the fence.

The Touch just dropped to $99 with a 2 yr activation or upgrade.
And it's definitely a sweet phone.
