Video game trade-in mishaps.

I do this all the time. Get bored of an awesome game and trade it in for a hyped one. I traded in COD4 and Little Big Planet and Killzone 2 and like 8 dollarsin store credit. Killzone 2 sucks compared to COD's game play. I'm mad. BTW is the new fight night worth getting?

its a scam man. i called gamestop in early 2009 and was like: hey how much will you buy madden 08 for xbox 360 off me for? answer: $3. Mayyybe more dependingon the circumstance.

i called back the next day and was like : hey, i want to buy madden 08, how much will it run me? Asnwer: 24 DOLLARS.

Some of the prices for trades are ridiculous, but can you blame them for some? You can't expect to get $25 for a game that came out 1.5 years ago...No oneis probably going to buy it from them so they will lose money. At least there is a place for people to trade in games they really hate instead of being stuckwith it

Try checking out prices on Ebay. In some instances, they prices may be pretty high.

I quit trying to trade in games at big chain stores years ago. Try and find a nice local video game store they give fairer trade-in money.
