Video Streaming Issues

I don't know whats wrong, whether it's my computer or my internet connection, but I used to be able to get videos from Vimeo really clearly, and nowthey're all choppy. Does anyone have any tips? Do I have to clean my cache files or something?

I got the same prob.. vids aint even choppy tho, I get a new screenshot for every :30 or so of footage..

Same thing happened to me but then it went back to normal

I didnt change anything it just changed back

Maybe you should just wait

Having the same problem for the last week. I don't know if it is because I DL the new internet explorer.
