Visiting from NC in a week..

What's up guys, my wife and I will be visiting in a week for our anniversary..flying into San Francisco, then heading into Napa/Monterey areas..

I wanted to ask if y'all had any favorite local shops in that area or any must-visit bars/restaurants.
