There releasing or released a 42 inch HDTV with the 120hz refresh rate. And since the "better" company HDTV's with 120hz cost alot right now. Iwas wondering if the vizio tv would be worth it. Any one here with a vizio HDTV have any complaints?

I love mine. I bought a 32 inch LCD for my bed room because my boy hooked me up with a sick discount. After a month, there was a buzzing sound coming from theback of the TV. I called Vizio up, and gave them the serial number and such. They sent out a dude to replace some parts at my house. They even called me backand asked how professional was the guy, and if he was on time. I'm definitely going to buy another TV from Vizio for the living room.

i have the 42inch LCD HDTV most ppl have, i like it. tv looks good on it.. games look good on it, no complaint

I guess ill go ahead and just get the vizio, but it has to have the 120hz refresh rate, I was at a circuit city and saw a sony bravia on display with it andthat technology is just incredible.

yea its worth it everything looks crisp on it and BTW vizio x ps3 x hdmi x cod4 =

they sell visio for a good price at Costco.... i might have to do this

Usually when you say worth it, you mean if it is worth spending the extra money for the higher brand.

To be honest I don't know how they're doing vs other companies, they probably are outselling everyone, and if not they will now because peoplearen't spending so much anymore so they got the $ advantage over everyone. I just said blowing up because every time I look at some random lists from allthe biz mags, they're always at the top with some crazy percentage of growth over X amount of time

The reason why they're outselling over the other companies is because they're cheap. The quality is not as great as the others, but you get what youpaid for. Honestly, when I was at Best Buy and compared them to TVs like Sony, Panasonic, and Samsung, they made Vizio look like a lil wimp and was juststomping all over him. IMO, Vizio = the Hyundai of TVs. But, if you want a Vizio, get a Vizio.

Of course they aren't going to look as good as the more expensive brands, but you act like they are going to be sitting at home with a Pioneer rightnext to their Vizio. Vizio's are nice, get one.

I'd get a vizio for the kitchen or somethin...if it was for a living room, I'd spend a little extra and get a brand name tv

They make nice TVs, of course they lack the refinement found in more established premium brands such as Sony, Samsung and Pioneer.
