Lurkin I know you a die hard apple guy.. but lettuce be cereal.

If you were talking the 6+ I may find it a closer battle.

But when comparing cameras we're talking the whole package including video recording. The fact that the regular i6 doesn't even have OIS..it already lost. The comparison between the 6 and 6+ is no competition because the OIS..  But it's probably better than 90% of phones out, tho.

I am not an Apple guy

And I am not sure man like I said, we will have to actually see about picture quality because I did a test of my own awhile back and the i6 consistently took better photos in medium to low indoor light than the Note 4. Even though it lacks OIS. So like I said we will have to see with the S6 etc.

But if I was gonna throw 50 on it then you know, as of right now I would stick with the trend.

i hate low-light tests. its a test reflecting a small percentage of photos. who goes into a dimly lit place and says "this is a perfect time to take a picture.....without flash." its like made up nba statistics or Gas mileage in the 20-30mph range. A stat there to boast about but will seldom actually be useful. And in those comparison photos between the s6 and 6+ on the verge... the s6 won. the photos have more detail and overall look better. they say its neck and neck because of low light conditions 

theres also a reason they didn't show ANY video in the review. regardless... iphone doesn't hold any crowns anymore. everyone copies everyone and iphone locks their system down so it can work without having the greatest specs. Its just a toss up. Me, i dont support anything from apple. anything. i hate what they stand for, despite them making some solid products.

Low light includes flash and no flash photos though

The fact of the matter is is that it is easier to snap a photo and amber a good one with the iPhone. And yes the S6 camcorder is better by default. I am still taking the iPhone as far as pictures go though.

The post processing still isn't quite there with Sammy but it isn't like you can go wrong.

In the verge camera comparisons they need to have a dslr or something we can compare which is more accurate..is the S6 too yellow or is the i6 too blueish.

I see more detail and sharper edges on the S6 especially for the photo of the apples and the flowers. Look at the textures.

Vs the plus

apples: samsung. more details more vivid

flowers : samsung, more details and sharper. way more vivid.

guy in coat: iphone. samsungs pic looks more washed out to the eye. nobody knows his true skin tone tho

bottles : samsung. u clearly get more detail 

girl 1: toss up. which one represents whats there? equal detail

girl 2: toss up. which one represents whats there? samsung has  her with brownish redish hair. apple has blackish under UV light

girl 3: samsung. iphone overexposed the picture and lost detail in her scarf

Really can't tell the difference, but I don't buy phones for the camera, never really mattered to me. I think my nexus 5 takes good pics. *shrugs*

Samsung have their own spot in most Best buys now. If they were smart they would invest in best buy so all the stores will have there own like apple genius bar in the stores and whole section dedicated to them

Guess I got a lemon Note 4 luckily it's still under warranty, hopefully I don't get a refurbished replacement tomorrow. Never know how much you need your phone until you don't have one.
