If you still need a case or want an extra one for your Note 7 just saw a Slickdeal for the Spigen ones (Liquid Crystal Clear, Rugged Armor Black and Ultra Hybrid Black) for $3 and $4 on eBay. Unfortunately can't post the link, but a quick Google search should do the trick. Can only buy one though.

It's worked for me at places that allow you to swpie your own card. Once you're on the screen that shows the full card, enter your pin again and it'll take you to a screen that has a timeline ticking. Hold your device vertically over the slit where you'd swipe.
We'll both get an extra $5 if you enter my code before you use the card for the first time.
