If I wanted to look into doing Developer stuff for Android would the G2 be best because of its Stock android? Trying to decide if I should get it or do the Mytouch HD

Ok....I've been using skyfire browser for ten minutes after reading the Android browser speeds on engadget....and I must say.....THIS *$*! IS FAST!!!!!!!!!
I thought they were joking about how much faster it was......try it, you'll see what I mean

My samsung vibrant is starting to get a bit laggy
ugh just got it in like august too..
Now I'm wondering if I should sell it for this G2..
not to mention samsung is slacking on rolling out froyo which was promised by "late september"
..today = Oct.1

HOLY CRAP. Read through all 58 pages since yesterday. Rooted the phone with unrevoked3. Kinda was a pain in the %+# getting all the files n crap, but the revoked part was easy.
