Walmart returns?

Received an iPad as a gift in the white color.. not really my cup of tea. Anyone know if I can return it to a Walmart or Target and exchange it for a black model? I dont have a receipt.

You can take it back. Nobody cares less about returns than Wal MArt, and the rare likelihood you get a CSR who does, just come back an hour later and someone else will let you. If they ask what's wrong, say it won't charge or is defective in some manner

You can return everything at Walmart. Chalk it up to their buying power, the ineptness of their workers or whatever, but you could take back a used generic CVS brand pregnancy test and still get a gift card.

I work part time at Target. We won't take it back if it is opened and doesn't have a receipt. You need one or the other
