This came out in 2001, then Common mentioned it back in 2004 on Jadakiss's Why remix (in-which he also mentions Barack Obama). After that we all know thatNas came out with the album title in 2006. Following that every rapper put it in their raps. Feel free to post other rappers who have said it also.
