Greek yogurt has a lower lactose content than regular yogurt, according to the internet.

I still can't believe Greek Yogurt blew up so much. I still remember getting put on to it by a Charles Poliquin article, and having to buy it from a food co-op. Now that **** is everywhere. Never grew to like it though. And the favored **** seems to defeat the original concept of it being a health food.

Icelandic yogurt never blew up though. But I feel Quark got next

i was just like you man, my mom made he try it. it was disgusting but with how much protein it had and being pretty healthy. i kept downing it and trying to get used to the taste.

im a very picky eater but now honestly i love the plain but i agree, some brands especially chobani plain are terrible. i can still eat it but its not good.

If you want, try FAGE, its very thick and creamy and not sour like the others. its like ice cream but not sugar or flavor.

I had a spoon full of Vanilla (I think that's what it was) Chobani, it's like the consistency of bird **** 

But I put it on my baked chicken when I'm making this bomb Parm.Chicken.

Chobani Flip coconut, with the almond and chocolate mix ins is my recommendation to anyone who hasn't tried it.

This is a good one.


I tried all the chobani's. If your use to it like me it doesn't even taste good. I just eat it for the macros.

I eat the plain one now and it's gross.

Fage is the best. But tons of carbs in it if your cutting and not eating the plain.

Gonna try this watermelon one. Thanks for the heads up.
