This is the best reason to keep your indoors shoos indoors. Wearing them outside won't hurt the traction. However, if you're wearing them on gravel and other rough surfaces, it will wear out the cushioning much quicker and even pop the air. Pebbles & dirt caught in the sole will hurt the court, hence why coaches don't want their players wearing their game day shoes outside of the gym.Keep my indoor shoes indoors. Even careful walking can get dirt and rocks in the tread.
I'm pretty sure the signature nike shoes have both outdoor and indoor soles you can put on them, my mate copped a pair of Kobe's from Kicks-Crew and they had the outdoor sole on them, harder wearing...I usually just recycle my oldest pair as my outdoor shoes.Suggestions for outdoor ball shoes? There are indoor and outdoor basketball shoes.
That's just the way it is
Your indoor shoes need to have that squeak in them and no dirt should get on your hands when you're brushing off your soles to get that max grip
