Since graduating from high school I've put on at least 20-30 pounds
and I wanna get into the gym and start to get back to my old form. Do you guys have any tips on what kinds of workouts I should be doing and how I should groupthem? Also I know basic nutritional tips but please help me out if you have some good tips in that department as well.
