yo xbiker you holdin out on us??!?!/

My take for villians upcoming movies

Cap 3 villian- Baron Zemo
Thor 3 villian - Enchantress and Executioner
Iron Man 4- A.I.M with M.O.D.O.K

Just my opinion. Think that would be dope

If they make another iron man movie the mandarin better be in it.. The real one

I know I said this before but I'm a say it again
I need the red skull back
I know people didn't like him
But I thought he was dope in the movie

Lookin back at it Ronan was one of the weakest villains in the cinematic universe so far. Malekith was better than him. Off the top of my head he is 3rd or 4th worst so far in the MCU. I need to rewatch all these movies tho.

I wish one day we could stop pretending that the Mandarin is a great villain.

The vast majority of Marvel villains suck, not an excuse to make them suck even more.

IDK why I am in the minority of people who love that movie :lol

I love guardians more but when I walked out of the theatre I thought you guys would rip it to shreds and to my surprise you all loved it.

Naw man. I dont even remember the plot to thor2. That movie as a whole just sucked

Thor 2 is dope. Asgard, Loki, that final battle where the dark elf and Thor or warping in and out of realms. The ending with Loki posing as Odin....crazy underrated

Yet guardians is getting all this praise....that movie was cornier than the guardians comics

Guardians getting all this praise because it is a world/universe building movie, better than that overrated garbage known as Star Wars.

The movie wasnt corny. It was funny and it had dark elements that most people overlooked, just like they overlooked it in the comics. Rocket's backstory, Thanos's genocides, raising children into living weapons, Collector's collection of living sentient beings trapped in 4 x 4 glass cages who were clearly miserable..... Glad it had all that stuff.

It was honestly even less memorable than the 1st Thor imo, both of the phase 2 movies from last year were some of the weakest so far.

Please. Ronan threatened to kill Thanos. That makes him automatically better than Malekith.

Thor II is far from being dope. Average at best.

The vast majority of comic characters in general suck. That's not exclusive to Marvel.

Been lurking in this thread and the GOTG thread and keeping reading the dislike for Thor 2, which I thought was really good, and I'm curious as to why people think it sucked so bad?

The villain was good, action was great, Loki had a hell of a performance, it was emotional with the mom dying, and I enjoyed the plot bringing Thor and Loki together to fight in her name. I see a lot of hate for the human characters but other than Darcy and her intern Selvig and Jane played huge parts. Did their presence really downgrade the movie that much to you guys? Honest question, I'm just really curious as to why the movie is hated.

Thor II is far from being dope. Probably the only person on the board with that opinion

I thought it was really good too but I understand, just like in the comics, Thor is not for everyone. If there was no Avengers movie and Thor was just a standalone series, I'd look at them as two great movies. Loki may just be one of the most well-rounded characters in the MCU alone.

Unfortunately, with how big the MCU is/will be, Thor movies will always be like role players. You still need them on the team to help reach the ultimate goal and you can still get enjoy what they can do in the all-star challenge, but they'll never be running for MVP of the all-star game.

But people sleepin' on the seed they planted with this... :smokin

That's probably the biggest problem breh. He wasn't good. He was meh. No backstory, nothing interesting about him. Of course Loki is great. He's always great. And the interactions between him and Thor are always my favorite moments, especially when he turned into Cap. The Earth scenes are bringing these films down a huge notch. The Earth scenes were needed in the first film, second not so much. The plot was very average as well. For me, it's not a bad movie, but so far, Thor is the only one to not have a great solo film. And it's a shame because he has the most potential out of them all.

If done right he could prove to be a decent villain I only say that cause of how they left off with that marvel one shot. Why reference him if they are not going to included him in a story line.... I know rdj has expressed interest in doing another stand alone iron man film but don't see it happening.
