WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 FINALE out now

Think they're going to keep using 70's 's songs for vol 2?

I hope not. I think they already played every song I'd like from that decade

I mean his mom already gave him the mixtape before he left earth so we wont see modern music until at least the avengers where he returns to earth and discovers the internet.

More Nebula sounds good to me. How strong are Gamora and Drax supposed to be? They seemed konda weak in gotg1. Saw a nice Gamora cosplay with mass last weekend, wanted to take a pic but people would've saw me being a perv.

Gamora is not so much super strong as she is a bamf who can wash anyone with her extensive combat experience. Stronger, faster, more agile, more durable than Cap but not gawd level or anything. Drax is supposed to have Vision level strength I would say

If it's about Ragnarok, I want it to be depressing like the movie The Road. Maybe even have Thor get a bad haircut at the barber and have his day ruined.

 Nice.

That would be neat if the film was directed and produced like The Road. Loved the book and movie.

I hate how they hyped the special features for AoU Blu Ray and it's literally 2 deleted scenes and lame commentary [emoji]128529[/emoji]

I think it's good I end up going to the downloading route with the movies lol.

As much as I would love to own all the blu-rays from the MCU, I don't think I'd be getting my money's worth. I'll watch the movie once or twice and never touch it again.

Star-Lord should Rick roll everybody

Like I just found this new Earth mixtape! ….. Never gonna give, never gonna give...

:smh:

Drax was comically weak, they have to fix that. It made him being feared so unbelievable. I know the movies have a lot of the characters over/underpowered, but this is too blatant to ignore. Right now dude is a big weak dummy that adds nothing to the story.

James Gunn Offers "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" Updates

https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sha...&display=popup&ref=plugin&src=video&ret=login

"Guardians of the Galaxy" director James Gunn spoke about the sequel's filming location, touched on "Avengers: Infinity War," weighed in on "Captain Marvel" casting and more during a fan Q&A session on Facebook.

"We can expect something a little bit in the vein of the first movie and also different," he said of "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2," revealing he had just moved to Atlanta to shoot the film. "I'm going to be here in Atlanta for nearly ten months." The film will begin shooting in February and has almost wrapped casting.

He also mentioned that another character will join the Guardians in the sequel, saying, "I'm not going to give names and I'm won't give numbers either, but there will be at least one new character in 'Guardians of the Galaxy.'" What's more, "Nebula is an important character" in the film.

Nebula won't be the only returning character. "I love Stan Lee. He's a great man. He's one of my favorite people in the world. I still get giddy like a school girl whenever I'm around him, and he's also nice to me, so why would I not want him in 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2?'"

When asked if we'll see Adam Warlock in the upcoming film, he responded, "You guys gotta wait and see... Everything's going to be different in the 'Infinity Wars.' I'm a lot more concerned with 'Vol. 2' than I am with 'Infinity Wars.' The way the movie ['Vol. 2'] is structured and made – it really is a story unto itself. It's not about leading up to anything else. It's about the Guardians and their lives."

As to whether or not the "Guardians" series will continue past "Vol. 2," he explained, "Probably! If the second one does well. You guys will have to go see the second one." Further, he added, "There's a lot of other Marvel cosmic properties that I'd be interested in helping usher to the screen. I talk about it a lot but, if I said too much here, Marvel might track me down and shoot me."

"As long as I'm working with Marvel, I'll probably be working on 'Guardians' and 'Guardians'-related projects," he said.

He also offered a few minor details about the film, including, "There will be no other humans – humans being earthlings -- besides Quill," "Drax is not the biggest fan of Baby Groot" and "[Rocket] is young. I guess he'd probably be in his late 20s if he was a human."

Though he hasn't seen the film, he offered an opinion on the upcoming "Captain America: Civil War," sharing, "I kind of get the registration of superheroes, so maybe Tony Stark... I haven't seen the movie yet, so I don't know their positions. In the comics, I understood Iron Man's point of view."

He also weighed in on "Captain Marvel" casting. "I don't have a dog in that race, so I don't know who I want to play Captain Marvel," he explained. "There's a lot of good people that were brought up. There's one person I think is great, but I'm not sure if she's going to get it or not."

Directed by Gunn and starring Chris Pratt, "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" opens on May 5, 2017.
I expect Vol. 2 to be way better than the first one. Somethings were done safe just cuz but now I feel we can get a better feel for the story Gunn is telling with these characters.

I posted the actual video of the Q&A a couple pages back lol.. all my work goes ignored :smh:

I didn't see it man. Plus all these sites are now reporting this like the vid was just put up.

Either way it's not like I watched that 40+ min vid. Prefer somebody else summarizing the important answers.
