So i win some shoes off that auction site, and I pay through paypal. The payment goes unclaimed for a few days so I contact the seller. He replies by sayingthat he can't use is paypal account anymore and that I should pay him through western union. I prefer paypal because of the obvious protections, but doeswestern union offer the same or similar protections? Am I able to get my money back if the seller doesn't come through? Do they have a claims process orsomething like that? I really want the shoes but I don't want to send money overseas for that matter with just a hope that the seller is going to comethrough. Any help would be appreciated.
