What are these?!?

Good afternoon, I have been searching all afternoon for anything that will give me a clue to what kind of shoe these are. The ID No. is there but the 1st two numbers are very hard to decipher. There is a "love" poem on the left tongue, and the winged victory of samothrace statue on the right one. Not to mention where there would be a JORDAN logo on the tag ( on the tongue) the image of the statue. I don't know if these are real or fake. Being as I cannot find ANYTHING about them online I am leaning toward the less favorable. Any info or time you invest is greatly appreciated. If you need any more info to help, I will happily try
