what course of action can be taken in a situation like this??

So last night my boy hits me up at 3 AM...i was about to be pissed off cause i thought it was him drunk dialing me again. but basically this is what happened.

my boy is a major pothead, stays

all the time no matter how much ivetold him to lay off, and he sells alot on the side too...but hes also a cool @#$ dude, always hittin up people and smokin them out. so last night this asiandude hits up my boy and his brother tryna buy some off him. my boys brother is cool with this asian gu,y so he agrees to meet up with him at the parking lot inthe park and smoke him out while they were there. so they're hotboxin the car and whatnot, and all of a sudden 2 cars pull up and surround my friends car(my friend was parked next to a tree). 2 other asian dudes jump inside my friends car and one shoves a gun in my boys mouth while the other pistol whips myfriends brother (meanwhile the asian dude that was there from the beginning had conveniently run out of the car as soon as they had come in

). they made my boy hand over all his cash and weed,, pistol whipped him, andthen left the vehicle and sped off.

the dude on the right, yes the dude on the FAR RIGHT, is the one that set up my friend, and hasnt shown his face at his school

these dudes would get their @#$ whooped beyond belief if they didnt carryheat on them. matter of fact they probably wouldnt have really shot anyone anyways but my friend didnt want to do anything to make them panic...but anywayshe's on probation for drug possession so hes scared of incriminating himself as well if he reports to the cops

im telling him to go ahead and report this incident, because these scrawny @#$suburban thugs aint about @#$% and just need to be taught a lesson...so can he do so without getting himself into trouble?

regardless of what happens, the dudes are gonna rat your boy out WHEN they get caught. i'm sorry to say but homie set himself up for disaster. i'd letthis one go tho, espcially if the other dudes are armed. they'll make a mistake and it'll come back and bite them in the @%@. just tell your friend toget off the blunts, stop dealing and be patient.

i know what you mean, but its just frustrating KNOWING who did this and not being able to do anything...ts like a 99% chance that these dudes wouldnt do a damnthing (this is in fremont, CA of all places) but still i told my friend to not do anything rash cause u never know what could happen

against dudes who are armed? if this was getting jumped or something best believe these dudes would get beaten into oblivion. but what chance doesmy boy have against these dudes? i wouldve gladly encouraged my boy to go whoop their *%%*# but its always the weakest dudes tryna prove how hard they are andtryna get that recognition...and even if he does something hes just one step away from facing years in prison. i dont want him to take that risk.

and yea i cant go back to the bay to help him out because im in socal and have finals coming up soon...but i dont want him to just accept the L. i wish i coulddo SOMETHING.

i mean just a month ago, a man near my home in SJ was tryna fight back with dudes like these when they tried to stick him up...one of the dudes got scared andshot the man to death...

Um... anonymous reports? Just call in and say someone got robbed for money. Identify the kids that did it, and hang up. You aint have to incriminate your boy,and those kids hopefully get caught.

Even if you were scared, where's the shame in that? I don't know about this type of lifestyle or how you're supposed to act but sowhat about what a bunch of people on the internet think? It's human nature to be scared in a situation like that. I'd probably piss and +!+* myself ifsome stuck a **%%#++ gun in my mouth and I didn't have any way of defending myself. You're scared for your friend...it's natural.

I don't know how smart it would be for a drug dealer to call the cops about someone robbing him for his drugs and money stolen FROM his drugs. Your boyneeds to watch his back and clean up his life. This hood +!+* is for the birds. He should report it but... that may not end well for him on the legalfront...but I don't know. The anonymous tip is a good idea though.

Like I said, I'm not up on how to do things in the streets but this sounds like it doesn't have +!+* to do with you. You need to stay out of it beforeYOU get hurt or dragged down in it.
