cuz moanin dont really make sense unless he's sayin Mexicans moan in a certain way, but i dont know why mumble would make sense either lol. This is buggin the hell outta me!

Sounds to me that the perception about mexicans is that they mumble when they speak. So pac is just referencing that perception when he smashed the sis.....
