what game to get this Q3 Q4

After watching e3 im puzzled to know what game to buy. at first i wanted The last of us but now i just dont know which one to get. and i have a budget

can you give me a little more insight on the following games?

The last of us
Beyond: Two souls
Watch Dogs
Splinter Cell Blacklist
Assasins Creed 3

yo do realize that most of those games dont have a release date and wont be until sometime next holiday season. Beyond is still in development, so is The last of us. Watch dogs was shown on a high end PC and is speculated to be a next gen title

Both games said they won't be out in time for holiday.  Ubi-soft said at least a year left for Watch Dogs which to me was game of the show.  That Demo blew me away.
