As an introvert, I believe that introverts are quite when things don't concern them directly. When there's really nothing at stake such as social settings or idle chit chat.
However, I've noticed that when introverts have a direct stake in situations, they tend to be the more aggressive ones.
At work I'm known as a ballbuster/ ******* (but in a good way)
I'm not shy about holding people accountable or telling them that their work sucks in certain instances. Nobody believes me when I tell them that outside of work I'm reserved and very laid back.
