What Jordans are these? Are they even Jordans?

 I just bought these shoes today and they were clean and have Jordan across the bottom, but when I got them home I looked at the tag on the tongue and could see a second tag through the first. The one on top is different than the one on the bottom. Can anyone help me figure out what shoe this is and if its worth anything and why someone would cover up the original tag. The pics with the tag in the shoe is the original tag and the ones on the table are the ones covering them up. Thanks for any help.
