What the heck is going on with facebook?

I'm familiar with all the malware, and usually the biggest concern is being tagged in someone's shoe picture.

But lately?  The past few days I've seen people tagged and commenting on the most vulgar pictures you could imagine.  The pictures seem straight out of 4chan or something. 

Is this recent phenomena just happening in my neck of the woods?  Or is it spreading rapidly?

Yeah my newsfeed is littered with porn/gore lately. And most of the time its not that me/any of my friends are tagged in it, its just that someone I'm friends with comments on it, which shows it to all their friends. Its quite annoying actually.

It's definitely spreading. There was a dude laid out wasted with fecal matter all over the back of his leg & another post had porn.

they had this one girl who was showin her goodies and she had no be no older than 15

"ghetto" pics...

everything...people "Share" these pics and they become viral.
usually if one of your friends "like" or "comment" one of these pics then it'll come up on your Newsfeed.

It's gettin pretty outta hand.

If you all haven't seen anything, feel lucky. But please be careful if you are browsing facebook on a work computer. You don't even have to do anything wrong. The pictures will just pop up on your news feed and you'll have to explain why you just saw a cartoon of Jesus having sex with Jesus with a caption that says Jesus F'n Christ.
