What's for breakfast?

I usually skip breakfast but i'm looking to change that. What do you have for breakfast? Recipes, pictures etc....
 
Today: This morning I ate half of a sweet potato mixed into some oatmeal

Yesterday: Peanut Butter + Jelly on toasted wheat + almond milk + sun warrior protein + frozen banana + cinnamon + flax seed shake

Wednesday: Black eyed peas and a side of broccoli

Tuesday: Bowl of oatmeal + kale/apple/banana/cinnamon smoothie

Monday: Boiled eggs mixed with black eyed peas

I try to get some protein in there. Be flexible and get out of the mindset that only certain foods are breakfast foods

my favorite go to breakfast to make:

thick slice of sourdough bread toasted and drizzled with some olive oil

topped with some mashed avocado spread

then topped with some scrambled eggs

hits the spot every single damn time and keeps you full for quite some time

I eat fo eggs everyday.

Usually with wheat bread and roger wood or turkey sausage and bacons

And ketchup.

Except weekends.

Bro's I didn't take a dump for 3 days and was in so much pain I couldn't even go to work. I never want that to happen again :lol: what's a good quick breakfast to prevent this? Still taking it easy on the red meat for a week...

drink more water and increase your fiber intake (oatmeal, fruit, and prunes)

dont be scared of prunes bruh, they taste good!

Filipino bbq stick, longanisa, and rice. A good leftover breakfast. Didn't feel like cooking an egg.
