im seeing every team making big moves and improvements and i haven't seen them make one so far so, they aint getting nobody or they dont have enough money?

They signed a big man from overseas, Tiago Splitter, who will be better than half the bigs currently in the NBA. They drafted James Anderson, from Oklahoma State, in the draft and they most likely will sign Alonzo Gee to a guaranteed deal. Don't forget about Garrett Temple either, he'll probably contribute this year. For the Spurs it's not making "big moves", their management and coaching staff utilizes players they have on their D-League team, already on the bench, or assets from overseas and somehow they always win.

Tiago Splitter is not going to be that good. They didn't make any moves because they don't have any cap room. They won't get passed the second round until they rebuild.

I agree with the bolded portion. I think Splitter will be solid though. A bad season (sometime in the next 3 years), ala 96-97, the pending departure of Parker, Duncan retirement, and hell they could end up with a top 5 pick. And we know the Spurs ALWAYS draft well.
And then the Spurs reign continues...
