I'm not too familiar with NY or where in it this studio is, but if it's close enough to the city, I'd consider it fair. Of course, I mean fair in arelative sense. I live in a four bedroom house that cost about that much, but I'm also no where near Manhattan. I could easily survive in that space on myown.
