how long does it take you to send payment? i hate selling on ebay and having to wait for them to send payment

you mean when they win and pay you? it depends on how fast they pay you. if they pay you as soon as the auctions over the moneys in your paypal. after that and the fees you can transfer to your bank which is 3-4 daysish depending on your bank. im bofa if that matters

i pay the day the auction ends or as soon as I buy it now

this...ticks me off.  i hate when somebody wins the auction then starts asking about condition of the thing, etc.

ebay rules say it needs to be sent within 7 days. so if funds are low and payday is within 7 days ill win the auction but i'm upfront with the seller all the way because i hate when i sell and the buyer takes their sweet time and has me wondering what the hells going on.

most of the time i pay right away or as soon as i log in and i see i won the item because i feel it's common courtesy to do so if i have the funds on me.

i hate dealing with pushy fake threat making sellers on ebay though. you know the ones that say stuff like "payment is expected within 24 hours or else auction will be relisted and negative feedback will be left" newsflash you can't leave negative feedback no more and the rules say payment needs to be made within 7 days. imo sellers who come across as pushy like that push away alot of buyers with the way they come across.

Word just ask all those questions b4 you even bid -_-

I don't even bid if I don't have the money no matter how much I wanted the item. I pay right when I win and I won 8 items this month alone

cosign   it's common sense and common courtesy.

how you gonna win something then start asking questions you shoulda asked before the auction ended.

I usually pay immediately after I win the auction. I don't ask silly, asinine questions about the validity of the item or it's seller afterwards...to me that's just a waste of time IMO.

I sold some shoes,
dude that won the shoes said something about "since the person he outbid having a history of buying books on ebay and weren't ready to buy shoes", and that he won the shoes for far less than he bid.
So I relist and someone who had a history of buying books bought the shoes, but it wasn't the original bidder that got outbid LOL!!!

when buying i pay within the 7 days but if i know i will take longer than 1-2 days of the auction ending to pay i will let the seller know.

when selling i send the invoice and let the buyer pay within the 7 days allowed. if they ask and let me know they need longer than 7 days to gather funds, i wait. if 7 more days(14 total) i file a claim. i am pretty nice on ebay and usually get paid for most of my items that get bid on. kill em with kindness and they feel guilty.

many times i usually end listings early if i get a good enough offer sent through messages. it assure i will get paid and buyers who make offers usually want/need that item asap.

what gets me is the buyers who win an auction and ask if you can sell the item to them at a discount, after the fact?!?! or they say, they only have a portion of the payment and to "let it slide this one time"?!?!

some people just have bad business ethics,  it kills me how they have all the leverage,  they get butthurt you won't cut them a deal and they just go ahead and leave you a negative feedback since you can't leave one back to them.

I pay right after an auction ends. As a seller, I wait up to 7 business days. Usually buyers pay within a day or two.

Don't use eBay again. This is probably one of the most annoying thing ever. Ask questions BEFORE the auction ends.

me too

tbe thing i hate is when buyers take 3 or more days to pay and when you send messages they dont answer.

I pay instantly 99% of the time, but sometimes when I have most of the money together and the item is a good deal or rare I'll win the auction/buy it now and pick up the rest within 3 days. I only win the auction if I can agree to their term though so their usually fine with it.

I used to hate buyers that did that. You either want it or you don't.
