Im writing a paper for school and I need an example of a company's decision making process. I cant find any good info for free. I was thinking about writing on Nike's or Apple's decision making processes, however I'm not finding any good info. Anybody got any ideas

1. Identify the decision to be made
2. Find alternatives
3. Assess the alternatives
4. Choose a solution
5. "Do" that selected course of action
6. Review and evaluate it
7. Accept responsibility
Now... simply choose a company i.e. Apple and think of a 'decision' they'd need to make. How about "iPhone 4 drops calls"
Solution: fix the phone for future sales and offer free bumper cases to people who already bought it.
