Where to get PEs and Samples

Your best bet is to network Kings and Warriors games and try to see who's friends with the players.

PEs are another story, divisions have a rep who deal exclusively with this topic... there is a lady who does the Brand Jordan Division (cant give out more info than that) and she can get you oregon 3's ect... she sends out all of the super limited **** you see, like the pairs mecklemore has, ushers gold joints etc...
