Where to learn adobe cs4

so basically, i listed adobe cs4 as skills i had for a job interview.  they are basically going to test me and i have to at least show them the basics.  i've used photoshop fun and have been messing around with it for awhile, so i get the basics down.  but how hard is indesign and illustrator?  are there any places i can learn it?

Adobe also has good tutorial videos on their site.

That's the best you can do short of actually having projects to work on though.

A lot of what I've learned is hands on and things that I've picked up because I need them for work.
