Bobbi wasn't born a crack babyand even if she was that wouldn't be an excuse to do drugs as an adult. They have a procedure to take care of crack babies.

Crack is just coke with an agent to solidify it. But crack hits you in seconds rather than minutes via nasal ingestion. Its really hard to properly smoke powder cocaine.
