Who here on NT does Freerunning/Parkour/Tricking?

nope.  how does one even get started doing this stuff?  i can't do any of those cool flips and stuff.  i'd probably die trying to learn them.  

i do watch Ninja Warrior, a lot of the american guys do free running / parkour.
