Van Gundy also built a really good Heat team around Wade and Odom the year before the made the Shaq trade.. . I'll always respect coaches who can build their own team like that. Van Gundy also built a really good Heat team around Wade and Odom the year before the made the Shaq trade.. . I'll always respect coaches who can build their own team like that.
