First of all, what are your intentions with the BIN 13's? Are you trading to wear or to stare?

The 1999 Cements and Royal 1's should be sufficient enough if you really want those awful 13's.

Well I gt the wc4s for 200 and the royals for 250 when it comes down to it. So it's like spendin 800 on the 13s

ive never really wanted those BIN XIIIs or any BIN for that matter but id say keep what you got, they are way better than those XIIIs IMO
