I've always had this question come to mind. Maybe somebody on here might have the answers.
There is always a slight difference between GS and men's size.
For instance the retro 4s. Pay attention to the heel section, notice the difference?

The tongue is attached to the sock liner in men sizes and GS has a real tongue which can pop out.
What do you guys think? Another thing is GS sizes get exclusive color ways from both jordan and Nike brands.
