Why are they called Suns 8's and there's no purple????

I have seen suns 8 all the time. Many people with suns hats or colors on swearing they doing it up. Is it me or is anyone else seeing orange and a dark/ navy blue. I don't see any purple at all so how are they suns colors????

It's really called the bobcats 8s but if they have them that nickname no one would buy them.

Because they are  "SUNS" 8's they were made to honor the first 3 peat, in which they defeated Sir Charles and the Suns to complete the first 3 Peat for the Bulls.
