Why does D.Wade keep changing shoes throughout games?

Wade makes Jordans look terrible. Period

All them knee braces and pads and crap just makes the shoe look terrible, and on top of that he has no hops.

I thought I read somewhere that Jordan did change shoes at halftime. It could be he's doing it for the "fresh" feeling of a new pair, or possibly a tactic by Jordan Brand to bring attention to his shoes and the brand.
