I've read up on both and X was more pro black then pro race. That's the only reason I can think of. I'm pretty sure there's a much deeper reason but I'd like to know your thoughts.

Malcolm X? Maybe it's the violence that's associated with him and the Black Panthers.
 
sadly its probably bc he was muslim and had ties to violent organizations

As Americans please don't bring violence into reason. He was pusehed to violence to get his point across. Only way to fight violence is with violence. And he was sooooooo much more then a violent protester. Statements like this let me know you know nothing about the man.
