I wear Ralph Lauren Polo, RRL, Black Label, Purple Label, RLX and will continue to even after the trendies bury it.
I've always loved the heritage, the quality, and the uniqueness of it.
There's tons of clothing, without the pony logo, that most of you Polo funeral directors would never realize were from Ralph Lauren.

one thing's for sure, they make great cologne. i've got some really good fragrances like explorer and double black from polo. this thread comes upevery two weeks and it's old, polo is one of those brands that lasts a lifetime. just let the fad fools get this stuff out of their system.

Cats been rockin polo ALL wrong for like 2 years now. It's supposed to be a laid back, casual, inconspicuous, "Oh, that's a Polo shirt?Nice." sort of thing. You know, cargo shorts, white nikes, plain polo -- but the tiny lil POLO man makes all the difference. That sorta swag. But catsdone went OD. OF COURSE it'll get played out when lames think it's the clothes making the man and not the other way around. Every lame with $80 wannaget a Polo now. I didn't even know Polo was a heavy trend until a few weeks ago my cousin (who is a known and ridiculous follower) kept talkin' about how he neededPolo shirts and shoes, and proceeded to brag about how he just bought Polo cologne.
He's just lame as +%$+ and then I realized why I don't chill with dude like that...
Anyway, I'm sick of hearing this. Just 'cause I select group of people listened to Young Dro and Swag Surfin' and decide it was "cool" towear Polo, doesn't make the WHOLE brand dead.
It's been here years before now, and it'll still be here years after.
If it bothers people that much, close your eyes and wait 'til the "fad" dies out in a few months

A. Da youngster( da south mainly though) jumpin on da polo bandwagon LATE as hell..I mean damn da Wu-Tang and da
rest of NYC had our "polo, tommy hilfiger, Nautica, etc" phase more then 15 years ago..lol rockin any of those brands in NYC is just some everydayninja iish.
B. Da losers clamin' that's its dead, I can rock a polo shirt from any area in 2009 and its still gonna be good money. Personally da big pony/Mercerclub/US OPEN stuff ain't even as loud or bright as that mid 90's gear or da original rugby polos.
Polo is just a brand..rock it, don't let it rock you...millions of other brands out there.
