Why would anyone ship via parcel post?

if the auction specified that they shipped parcel post then i wouldn't leave the negative. i would be mad that he shipped parcel post after charging $15 for shipping though. i'm not mad at people trying to get some of their ebay fees back off of shipping charges because i do the same thing too, but if your gonna do that, at least ship 2-3 day priority so that the buyer gets his stuff promptly.
there's been times when a seller would have an auction listed and the shipping price was cheap but they shipped parcel post, i would just offer the seller a few bucks more on shipping and have em ship my stuff priority because i hate waiting for stuff.

Yeah, I would only leave a negative or neutral if it says priority mail and he shipped it parcel post. If it's generic or says parcel post you don't really have grounds to leave a negative.
Most of the time parcel post is less than a buck or two difference. I always do priority because the more time it's in transit the more chances it can get lost.

It's expensive as hell shipping to anywhere on the West Coast from the Midwest/East Coast...
Since USPS has been losing money out the #*%, they're measuring EVERYTHING....I had a pair of shoes in a 15x12x10 box, and USPS wanted to charge me $21.60 to ship it to NY from Indiana!! I left, went home, cut the box down to fit the shoes EXACTLY, went back....and it was $12.25

If the auction said he was mailing via parcel post. You can't leave a negative. That'd be dishonest. But if you agreed to priority and he mailed parcel post. Then I would leave a negative.

You get your funds released from the paypal hold from either a positive feedback, or no disputes within 21 days from the paypal payment (could be a little off on the days). Yeah, eBay trying to protect buyers ftl
