I see you mentioned sleep paralysis.. Used to happen to me atleast twice every night for almost a month and it didnt get any easier to deal with. Ihonestly couldnt tell the difference between that and an out of body experience after awhile. I have seen myself sleeping before, watched figures watch mewhile I sleep, thought I died and went to heaven, all sorts of crazy +%#%. One day, it just stopped happening. I really think I came across some higher powerthough once, because everytime it happened to me, I was scared +%#% less, but on one occasion, I felt like I had been placed in someones hand, and felt nothingbut love and peace, it was really weird.

Just watched the season premier of Doctor Who and started looking at the wiki for it...drifted in to other things and got lost and now I'm going to sleep.
