Window Tinting Help.... (Pic)

Everyone in Memphis has 5% and never gets bothered. It depends on how strict your state is on petty+#%! laws such as this one.

Now when i sent my charger to Hawaii... different story! Punk+#%! dudes made me pull it off by hand right then and there before i could even take it off theboat. But ive since found a spot thatll do 5% but only got 15% because i dont feel like trouble
