Windows 7 Quick Question

Well, i had a hard drive failure recently and i just got my computer back today. i just turned it on, and its completely wiped clean, cool. Well the computer came with some type of software to record videos and take pictures sort of like photobooth for windows and i have no idea where to find it at... so anyone with any help, thanks in advance.

The only video editing i ever had on window 7 was the one i downloaded online. I don't think it comes with one.
