Windows Vista SP 1 Help

I'm trying to upgrade my little cousin's computer from Vista to Windows 7. It keeps telling me I need to upgrade to Vista Server Pack 1 or later beforeupgrading. Where can I download the server pack 1? I have been looking everywhere but can't find it. Can someone please help me?

It should be within your updates, thats where sp2 was for me

why not backup everything and do a clean install
