I'm gonna get a bottom one taken out. They advised me to get the top one on that side taken out too because I might bite my cheek when eating. Should I do it because the top one grew in properly.

If the top one is not bothering you, leave it. But if it will become a problem, you might want to just do it all at once.

might as well get both taken out. i had all 4 taken out and your cheeks get bit regardless

I doubt it's gonna become a problem because it's grown in properly. Getting all 4 out is out of the question.
