False alarm.

This is his MOTHER who is sitting cowgirl style on his lap,with both there eyes closed, while kissing each other on the lips...

I suppose it depends on the culture but I always thought it was weird for grown men to kiss their mothers on the lips.
 
They don't look like they are lip to lip to me.  At first glance it does, but it looks like cheek to cheek imo.
 
I don't see a problem here. Mother/son relationships are special and they obviously have a comfortable enough bond that he chose to twitpic.
 
it looks slightly to the side of the lips. like you can almost see her entire lips and cant see any of his....
I think its just a REALLY close cheek kiss...
But I have no answer for sitting on his lap though.
