Work shoes recommendation?

What shoes do you guys where to work all day? I would appreciate some recommendations on black work shoes for my job because these vans aren't cutting it.

Depends on what kind of job you have in my opinion. For me since I'm an engineer it's fairly lax. I wear some of my normal bball shoes but try to go with typical casual shoes (i.e. Jack Purcells). All-black shoes also work well since it projects a more "formal" look.
