I work at Johnson & Johnson, while we don't have foam filled bathtubs, and guitar hero. I think it's pretty sweet. We have sushi chefs on Thursday, Outdoor bbq on wed, at my site a gym with a full indoor bball court. volleyball, and because we do work with pharmaceuticals if you have even a sliver of a chance of having the flu, you are instructed to stay home.Also Friday summer hours, where you work from home. If it snows more than an inch, we close. And they encourage thinking outside of the box have plenty of alternate work arrangements. It's a good look.
